After a glowing recommendation, I visited a stylist at a JC Penny salon today, and they did a FANTASTIC cut and color on my hair, and at half the price I usually pay. I typically go to high end salons, but I’ve always had heartburn over the sticker price, and appointments are hard to get. No problem at JC Penny, plus, free parking.
I learned on my trip to the JCP salon, that starting November 4, they’re re-launching the free haircuts for kids promotion that happened in August, but now it appears to be permanent, and every Sunday!
By the way, since October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the salon is also offering free cuts this month to breast cancer survivors.
